Board Meetings

  • Set a specific date and hold it at the same time and date each month
  • Take minutes at every meeting
  • Email each other during the month to check progress and to communicate concerns and ideas

New Board

  • Change the checking account signature cards from the past board members to the current board
  • Change the checking account address to the current HOA President to receive bank statements
  • Read the Covenants so you are familiar with the rules
