Advantage Management
Advantage Management responsibilities:
- Collection of dues (Board manages the rules for collections)
- Proving payment coupons as requested
- Legal actions and liens
- Letters to Villagers, repairs, towing,etc. (misc. mgmt)
- Snow removal contract (Board manages when the snow gets plowed)
- Pay misc. bills/invoices from CV checking account (Board must ensure there is a proper amount of cash in CV checking account from savings for Adv. Mgmt. to pay bills.)
- Bookkeeping for CV
- Report on finances at each annual meeting
- Tax returns (CV TIN: 87-0423321)
